Led by founder Andrew Barker, Stump Development brings together deep design expertise and hands-on construction experience. With over a decade learning the family business, both his father and brother being well established architects, years leading construction teams at Barc Architecture, and a background in hand-shaping surfboards, Andrew has developed a unique blend of technical skill, craftsmanship, and design intuition. His BFA in pictorial arts further informs his ability to create spaces that are both functional and visually compelling.

His partner and wife, Hailey Barker, adds a refined interior design perspective, bringing strength in space planning, materials, and finishes. Together, they ensure every home is thoughtfully designed, beautifully built, and truly livable.​We specialize in:
