Remodel | Design + Build

Lincoln involved the careful remodel of a historic late 1890s multi-family building in downtown Santa Cruz. The goal was to make the building fully livable and comfortable to modern standards while preserving its historic character. The project included re-envisioning and seamlessly blending a previously built, poorly designed addition into the existing structure, maintaining the integrity and charm of the historic architecture while enhancing functionality for contemporary living.
